Terms of payment
Payment for goods is done with online VISA, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal transactions only.
We charge no extra fee for card payment.
Prices
All prices are stated including Swedish sales tax, which currently is 6% for books and 25% for other products. Payments are made in Swedish Krona (SEK). We reserve the right to modify prices according to sales tax fluctuations or other price changes that are beyond our control. Apart from this we reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
Currencies
SEK is used for orders within Sweden.
EUR is used for orders within the rest of Europe.
USD is used for orders outside Europe.
For the order to be processed properly, please make sure to select the correct currency for your country.
Delivery
If you order a subscription to Unique Generation magazine, you will receive the next issue. If you order the book "När armarna inte räcker till", we will deliver it within two days. Clothing ordered at LegaWear.com will be delivered within 6 weeks from your order.
We cannot deliver products that have gone out of stock. If we cannot deliver a certain product, we will notify you via e-mail.
Delivery method
In Sweden, Posten will deliver the goods. For orders outside Sweden, we will contact you to discuss how you would like the product(s) delivered.
Shipping costs
The shipping fee is 0 SEK if not stated otherwise.
Return goods
LegaStore has implemented the Swedish consumer purchasing law when you want to return goods. We naturally exchange faulty or broken goods. Report hidden faults to us within 3 days.
Security
We will under no circumstances pass on your personal information to any party. This also goes for e-mail addresses.
Caveat
We reserve against faults in price lists and website content.
Customers outside Sweden
We deliver to customers all over the world. However, special rules apply for deliveries outside Sweden. Contact us when you want to order products from a country other than Sweden.
